Robert Lewandowski, Jakub Błaszczykowski, Kamil Glik, Michał Żewłakow, Grzegorz Lato, and Grzegorz Krychowiak - this is an elite group of Poland internationals who have made at least 100 appearances in the national colors, Piotr Zieliński joined their ranks.

The Inter Milan midfielder played his hundredth match in the jersey with the eagle on his chest against the Netherlands, writing his name into the history of Polish football.

To mark this occasion I have prepared materials celebrating his 100th cap alongside the players who were part of the squad when Piotrek made his debut for the national team. We captured these in settings that these players are associated with today whether out on the golf course or at the billiards table.

We also took photos of Piotrek posing with his debut jersey.

Celebrating the jersey is a great moment because it can be tied into so many different scenes. Dudek, who was in the national squad back then, ending his career just as Zieliński was starting his. Jędza, who was also there when Piotrek began.

For me, it’s a fantastic moment because it allowed me to get up close with the players, who opened up and shared a bit more about those times, they all have that Polish DNA and really identify with these little moments.

Saluto! Taking a sip of coffee as a thank you to Piotrek.

Allez, Allez, Allez.

Are you a fan of football culture? We’ve
got a lot to talk about!

Football is such a cool game because almost everyone has caught a match live at a stadium at least once in their life. And that shared energy is exactly why you are already an essential part of this sports culture.
